Biography

Dennis Allen was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 2002 until 2018, finishing his career with the New Orleans Saints as their defensive coordinator. Over his seventeen years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 139-132-1. During his career he was the head coach of the Oakland Raiders from 2012 until the 2014 season. The Raiders went 11-37-0 during their three seasons with Allen as head coach. As the defensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints he coached multiple players to award-winning seasons: Von Miller, AP Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2011; Marshon Lattimore, AP Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2017.
