The Denver Broncos' fifty-second season was in 2011. During the offseason they hired John Fox to lead the team. During his time in the NFL he was head coach for nine years. They finished the year 8-8-0 in the regular season and 1-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the New England Patriots 45-10. At the end of the season, Von Miller was awarded with the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year award.
