The St. Louis Rams' sixty-sixth season was in 2001, and it was the second season Mike Martz served as the head coach of the team. The Rams played their home games at Trans World Dome. They finished the year 14-2-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the NFC West, and 2-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the New England Patriots 20-17. At the end of the season, Marshall Faulk was awarded with the AP Offensive Player of the Year award.
