Career Summary
Brian Flores is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings since 2023. During this time period, the Vikings compiled a 12-12-0 record. He was the head coach of the Miami Dolphins from 2019 until the 2021 season, during which time the Dolphins went 24-25-0. During his career he was a head coach for three seasons. He was fired from the Dolphins on Monday, January 10, 2022. Flores was fired despite two consecutive winning seasons in Miami, the first time the Dolphins achieved that since 2002-2003.
