Biography

Paul Hackett was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1981 to 2010, finishing his career as the quarterbacks coach of the Oakland Raiders. Over his twenty-two years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 188-156-0.

During the 1993 season as the offensive coordinator of the Kansas City Chiefs he coached Marcus Allen to the Comeback Player of the Year.
