Biography

During his career, he won the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year in 1982, playing for the Los Angeles Raiders; the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player in 1983, playing for the Los Angeles Raiders; the Most Valuable Player in 1985, playing for the Los Angeles Raiders; the AP Offensive Player of the Year in 1985, playing for the Los Angeles Raiders; and the Comeback Player of the Year in 1993, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs.
