Career Summary
Steve Spagnuolo is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs since 2019. During this time period, the Chiefs compiled a 76-21-0 record. He was the head coach of the St. Louis Rams from 2009 until the 2011 season, during which time the Rams went 10-38-0. During his career he was a head coach for three seasons. He was fired from the Rams on Monday, January 2, 2012. In his three years with the team, the Rams never posted a winning record.
Career Awards
During the 2010 season as the head coach of the St. Louis Rams he coached Sam Bradford to the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Before he was a head coach, Spagnuolo served as an assistant coach for Andy Reid, Tom Coughlin, John Harbaugh, and Ben McAdoo. Fourteen of these years were spent on Reid's coaching staff. One assistant coach from his coaching staffs, Pat Shurmur, was eventually hired as a head coach. After coaching on Steve Spagnuolo's coaching staff, he was the head coach of the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants for four seasons where he combined for a regular season record of 18-46-0 and 0-0 in the playoffs.
