2010 was the seventy-fifth season for the St. Louis Rams and the first season for Steve Spagnuolo as the head coach of the Rams. They finished the season 7-9-0, 5-3-0 at home and 2-6-0 on the road. At the conclusion of the season Sam Bradford was awarded with the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.
