The Kansas City Chiefs' sixty-fourth season was in 2023, and it was the eleventh season Andy Reid served as the head coach of the team. The Chiefs played their home games at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. They finished the year 11-6-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the AFC West, and 4-0 in the playoffs eventually winning the NFL championship against the San Francisco 49ers 25-22, the team's sixth championship win. At the end of the season, Patrick Mahomes was awarded with the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player award.
