Biography
Career Summary
Ben McAdoo was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 2004 to 2022, finishing his career as the offensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers. Over his seventeen years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 140-133-1. He was the head coach of the New York Giants from 2016 until the 2017 season, during which time the Giants went 14-18-0. During his career he was a head coach for two seasons. He was fired from the Giants on Monday, December 4, 2017. McAdoo was fired in the middle of the season after the Giants stumbled to a 2-10 start. McAdoo will be the new senior offensive assistant coach for the New England Patriots for the 2024 season.

During the 2014 season as the offensive coordinator of the New York Giants he coached Odell Beckham to the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.
