Career Summary
Ben McAdoo is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the senior offensive assistant coach for the New England Patriots since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars, Dallas Cowboys, and Carolina Panthers for seventeen seasons. His most recent position was with the Panthers as their offensive coordinator. He was the head coach of the New York Giants from 2016 until the 2017 season, during which time the Giants went 14-18-0. During his career he was a head coach for two seasons. He was fired from the Giants on Monday, December 4, 2017. McAdoo was fired in the middle of the season after the Giants stumbled to a 2-10 start.
Career Awards
During the 2014 season as the offensive coordinator of the New York Giants he coached Odell Beckham to the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.
