Biography

Career Summary

John North was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1965 to 1982, finishing his career as the offensive backs coach of the Atlanta Falcons. Over his seventeen years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 111-121-9. He was the head coach of the New Orleans Saints from 1973 until the 1975 season, during which time the Saints went 12-30-0. During his career he was a head coach for three seasons.
