Career Summary
Leslie Frazier is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant head coach for the Seattle Seahawks since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the Philadelphia Eagles, Cincinnati Bengals, Indianapolis Colts, Minnesota Vikings, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Baltimore Ravens, and Buffalo Bills for twenty-four seasons. His most recent position was with the Bills as their assistant head coach/defensive coordinator. He was the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings from 2011 until the 2013 season, during which time the Vikings went 18-29-1. During his career he was a head coach for three seasons. He was fired from the Vikings on Monday, December 30, 2013.
Career Awards
During the 2012 season as the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings he coached Adrian Peterson to the Most Valuable Player and AP Offensive Player of the Year.

Before he was a head coach, Frazier served as an assistant coach for Andy Reid, Marvin Lewis, Tony Dungy, Brad Childress, Lovie Smith, John Harbaugh, Sean McDermott, and Mike Macdonald. Six of these years were spent on McDermott's coaching staff. One assistant coach from his coaching staffs, Kevin Stefanski, was eventually hired as a head coach. He is the current head coach of the Cleveland Browns. After coaching with Leslie Frazier he has posted a 38-32-0 record during the regular season and 1-2 in the playoffs as head coach.
