Career Summary
Mike Macdonald is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens since 2022. Before moving into this role on the Ravens he held five other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's linebackers coach for three seasons. He began his stint with the Ravens in 2014 as the defensive coaching intern. Macdonald will be the new head coach for the Seattle Seahawks for the 2024 season.
