The St. Louis Rams' sixty-eighth season was in 2003, and it was the fourth season Mike Martz served as the head coach of the team. The Rams played their home games at Edward Jones Dome. They finished the year 12-4-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the NFC West, but they lost their first playoff game to the Carolina Panthers 29-23.
