Biography

Career Summary

Mike McDaniel is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the head coach for the Miami Dolphins since 2022. Prior to this season, he coached for the Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, Washington Redskins, Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons, and San Francisco 49ers for fifteen seasons. His most recent position was with the 49ers as their offensive coordinator. He was the head coach of the Dolphins for the 2022 season. The Dolphins went 8-9-0 in this lone season as a head coach. During his career he was a head coach for one season.
