Biography

Tim Lewis was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1995 until 2015, finishing his career with the San Francisco 49ers as their defensive backs coach. Over his twenty-one years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 183-152-1. During the 2001 season as the defensive coordinator of the Pittsburgh Steelers he coached Kendrell Bell to the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year.
