Biography

Bob Schnelker was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1963 until 1990, finishing his career with the Minnesota Vikings as their offensive coordinator. Over his twenty-eight years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 187-214-9.

As the offensive coordinator of the Minnesota Vikings he coached two players to award-winning seasons: Billy Sims, AP Offensive Rookie of the Year in 1980; Tommy Kramer, Comeback Player of the Year in 1986.
