Biography

Career Summary

Harold Nash is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the strength and conditioning coach for the Dallas Cowboys since 2025. Before moving into this role on the Cowboys he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's strength and conditioning coordinator for four seasons. He began his stint with the Cowboys in 2020 as the assistant strength and conditioning coach.
