Dave Wannstedt was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1989 to 2013, finishing his career as the special teams coordinator of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Over his nineteen years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 142-162-0. During his career he was a head coach for eleven seasons, first with the Chicago Bears. He led the Bears for six seasons, compiling a record of 40-56-0. His next head coaching stint was with the Miami Dolphins from 2000 to 2004, as he led the team to a 45-35-0 record.
