Career Summary
Rob Chudzinski was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 2004 to 2017, finishing his career as the offensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts. Over his fourteen years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 111-113-0. He was also the head coach of the Cleveland Browns for the 2013 season. The Browns went 4-12-0 in this lone season as a head coach. During his career he was a head coach for one season. He was fired from the Browns on Sunday, December 29, 2013. Chudzinski was fired in a move that surprised many on the team despite the 4-12 record.
Career Awards
During the 2011 season as the offensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers he coached Cam Newton to the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Before he was a head coach, Chudzinski served as an assistant coach for Butch Davis, Marty Schottenheimer, Romeo Crennel, Norv Turner, Ron Rivera, and Chuck Pagano. Four of these years were spent on Pagano's coaching staff. One assistant coach from his coaching staffs, Shane Steichen, was eventually hired as a head coach.
