Biography

Tom Clements is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the passing game coordinator/quarterbacks coach for the Arizona Cardinals since 2019. Prior to this season, he coached for the New Orleans Saints, Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills, and Green Bay Packers for twenty seasons. His most recent position was with the Packers as their associate head coach/offensive assistant coach.

As the offensive coordinator of the Green Bay Packers he coached two players to award-winning seasons: Eddie Lacy, AP Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2013; Aaron Rodgers, Most Valuable Player in 2014.
