The Oakland Raiders' forty-eighth season was in 2007, playing their home games at McAfee Coliseum. During the offseason they hired Lane Kiffin to lead the team. Kiffin previously was the defensive quality control coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2000 and has a total of one year of coaching in the NFL.
