The San Diego Chargers' forty-eighth season was in 2007, playing their home games at Qualcomm Stadium. During the offseason they hired Norv Turner to lead the team. During his time in the NFL he was head coach for nine years. They finished the year 11-5-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the AFC West, and 2-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the New England Patriots 21-12.
