The Buffalo Bills' sixth season was in 1965, and it was the fourth season Lou Saban served as the head coach of the team. The Bills played their home games at War Memorial Stadium. They finished the year 10-3-1 in the regular season and 1-0 in the playoffs eventually winning the AFL championship against the San Diego Chargers 23-0, the team's second championship win. At the end of the season, Jack Kemp was awarded with the AP AFL Player of the Year award.
