The Buffalo Bills' thirty-second season was in 1991, and it was the fourth season Marv Levy served as the head coach of the team. They finished the year 13-3-0 in the regular season and 2-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the Washington Redskins 37-24. At the end of the season, Thurman Thomas was awarded with the AP Offensive Player of the Year award.
