The Buffalo Bills' thirty-second season was in 1991, and it was the sixth season Marv Levy served as the head coach of the team. The Bills played their home games at Rich Stadium. They finished the year 13-3-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the AFC East, and 2-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the Washington Redskins 37-24. At the end of the season, Thurman Thomas was awarded with the AP Offensive Player of the Year award.
