The Pittsburgh Steelers' seventy-fifth season was in 2008, and it was the second season Mike Tomlin served as the head coach of the team. The Steelers played their home games at Heinz Field. They finished the year 12-4-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the AFC North, and 3-0 in the playoffs eventually winning the NFL championship against the Arizona Cardinals 27-23, the team's sixth championship win. At the end of the season Santonio Holmes earned Super Bowl Most Valuable Player and James Harrison earned AP Defensive Player of the Year.
