Biography

Career Summary

Marcel Pastoor is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the head strength and conditioning coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers since 2021. Before moving into this role on the Steelers he held ten other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's strength and conditioning assistant coach for one season. He began his stint with the Steelers in 2004 as the assistant strength and conditioning coach.
