The Baltimore Colts' sixteenth season was in 1964, and it was the second season Don Shula served as the head coach of the team. They finished the year 12-2-0 in the regular season but they lost their first playoff game to the Cleveland Browns 27-0. At the end of the season, Don Shula was awarded with the Coach of the Year award.
