The Baltimore Colts' twelfth season was in 1964, and it was the second season Don Shula served as the head coach of the team. The Colts played their home games at Memorial Stadium. They finished the year 12-2-0 in the regular season but they lost their first playoff game to the Cleveland Browns 27-0. At the end of the season, Don Shula was awarded with the Coach of the Year award.
