Biography

Brian Stewart is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) working as the defensive backs coach for the Detroit Lions. He held this position since 2018. Prior to this season, he coached for seven seasons for the Houston Texans, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, and Philadelphia Eagles. His most recent position was with the Eagles as their defensive assistant coach/special assistant coach. During the 2007 season as the defensive coordinator of the Dallas Cowboys he coached Greg Ellis to the Comeback Player of the Year.
