The Carolina Panthers' twentieth season was in 2014, and it was the fourth season Ron Rivera served as the head coach of the team. The Panthers played their home games at Bank of America Stadium. They finished the year 7-8-1 in the regular season, en route to winning the NFC South, and 1-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the Seattle Seahawks 31-17. At the end of the season, Thomas Davis was awarded with the Walter Payton Man of the Year award.
