2013 was the forty-seventh season for the New Orleans Saints. During the offseason they hired Sean Payton to lead the team. During his time in the NFL he was head coach for six years. They finished the season 11-5-0 in the regular season and 1-1 in the playoffs eventually losing to the Seattle Seahawks 23-15.
