The Oakland Raiders' twenty-first season was in 1980, and it was the second season Tom Flores served as the head coach of the team. The Raiders played their home games at Oakland–Alameda County Coliseum. They finished the year 11-5-0 in the regular season and 4-0 in the playoffs eventually winning the NFL championship against the Philadelphia Eagles 27-10, the team's third championship win. At the end of the season Jim Plunkett earned Super Bowl Most Valuable Player and Comeback Player of the Year and Lester Hayes earned AP Defensive Player of the Year.
