The Tennessee Titans' sixty-first season was in 2020, and it was the third season Mike Vrabel served as the head coach of the team. The Titans played their home games at Nissan Stadium. They finished the year 11-5-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the AFC South, but they lost their first playoff game to the Baltimore Ravens 20-13. At the end of the season, Derrick Henry was awarded with the AP Offensive Player of the Year award.
