Career Summary

Terrell Williams is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive run game coordinator/defensive line coach for the Detroit Lions since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, Oakland Raiders, Miami Dolphins, and Tennessee Titans for fifteen seasons. His most recent position was with the Titans as their assistant head coach-defense/defensive line coach. Williams was hired as the new defensive coordinator coach of the New England Patriots for the 2025 season.
