The Los Angeles Rams' thirty-ninth season was in 1974, and it was the second season Chuck Knox served as the head coach of the team. The Rams played their home games at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. They finished the year 10-4-0 in the regular season, en route to winning the NFC West, and 1-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the Minnesota Vikings 14-10.
