The Pittsburgh Steelers' forty-third season was in 1976, and it was the eighth season Chuck Noll served as the head coach of the team. They finished the year 10-4-0 in the regular season and 1-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the Oakland Raiders 24-7. At the end of the season Franco Harris earned Man of the Year and Jack Lambert earned AP Defensive Player of the Year.
