1994 was the thirty-fifth season for the San Diego Chargers and the second season for Bobby Ross as the head coach of the Chargers. They finished the season 11-5-0 in the regular season and 2-1 in the playoffs eventually losing to the San Francisco 49ers 49-26. At the conclusion of the season Junior Seau was awarded with the Man of the Year.
