Biography

Willie Shaw was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1985 until 2003, finishing his career with the Minnesota Vikings as their assistant coach/special projects. Over his sixteen years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 113-142-0. During the 1998 season as the defensive coordinator of the Oakland Raiders he coached Charles Woodson to the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year.
