Sean McVay is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the head coach for the Los Angeles Rams since 2017. During this time period, the Rams compiled a 70-45-0 record. He was the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams from 2017 until the 2023 season, during which time the Rams went 70-45-0. During his career he was a head coach for seven seasons. In 2021, the Rams won the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20.

Career Awards

McVay won the NFL's Coach of the Year award in 2017 after guiding the Rams to a 11-5-0 record and a a berth in the playoffs. As the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams he coached two players to award-winning seasons: Aaron Donald, AP Defensive Player of the Year in 2017; Todd Gurley, AP Offensive Player of the Year in 2017; Aaron Donald, AP Defensive Player of the Year in 2018; Aaron Donald, AP Defensive Player of the Year in 2020.
