Biography

Kay Stephenson was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1978 until 1985, finishing his career with the Buffalo Bills as their head coach. Over his eight years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 49-72-0. During his career he was the head coach of the Buffalo Bills from 1983 until the 1985 season. The Bills went 12-36-0 during their three seasons with Stephenson as head coach.
