Biography

Howard Schnellenberger was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1970 until 1978, finishing his career with the Miami Dolphins as their passing game coordinator/wide receivers coach/offensive assistant coach. Over his nine years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 77-50-1. During his career he was the head coach of the Baltimore Colts from 1973 until the 1974 season. The Colts went 6-22-0 during their two seasons with Schnellenberger as head coach.
