Biography

Joe Kim is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the director of skill development for the New England Patriots since 2019. Prior to this season, he coached for the Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, Green Bay Packers, Denver Broncos, Buffalo Bills, New York Giants, Kansas City Chiefs, Chicago Bears, and Washington Redskins for twenty-four seasons. His most recent position was with the Browns as their skills development/strength and conditioning coach.
