Al Groh was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1987 to 2000, finishing his career as the head coach of the New York Jets. Over his thirteen years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 113-94-0. He was the head coach of the Jets for the 2000 season. The Jets went 9-7-0 in this lone season as a head coach. During his career he was a head coach for one season. He resigned from the Jets on Sunday, December 31, 2000.
