Biography

George Hill was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1979 until 1999, finishing his career with the Miami Dolphins as their defensive coordinator/linebackers coach. Over his twenty-one years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 176-151-1.

During the 1985 season as the defensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts he coached Duane Bickett to the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year.
