Biography

Rusty Tillman was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1979 until 2005, finishing his career with the Minnesota Vikings as their special teams coach. Over his twenty-three years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 164-196-0.

During the 1992 season as the defensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks he coached Cortez Kennedy to the AP Defensive Player of the Year.
