Career Summary

Shawn Jefferson is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the wide receivers coach for the New York Jets since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the Detroit Lions, Tennessee Titans, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, Arizona Cardinals, and Carolina Panthers for nineteen seasons. His most recent position was with the Panthers as their wide receivers coach. Jefferson will remain as the wide receivers coach in 2025.
