Biography

Jim Dooley was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1968 until 1989, finishing his career with the Chicago Bears as their research and quality control. Over his twelve years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 100-80-1. He was the head coach of the Chicago Bears from 1968 until the 1971 season, during which time the Bears went 20-36-0. During his career he was a head coach for four seasons.
