The Oakland Raiders' fifteenth season was in 1974, and it was the fifth season John Madden served as the head coach of the team. They finished the year 12-2-0 in the regular season and 1-1 in the playoffs, eventually losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers 24-13. At the end of the season Ken Stabler earned AP Offensive Player of the Year and George Blanda earned Man of the Year.
