2003 was the forty-fourth season for the Tennessee Titans and the ninth season for Jeff Fisher as the head coach of the Titans. They finished the season 12-4-0 in the regular season and 1-1 in the playoffs eventually losing to the New England Patriots 17-14. At the conclusion of the season Steve McNair was awarded with the Most Valuable Player.
