2012 was the sixty-seventh season for the San Francisco 49ers and the first season for Jim Harbaugh as the head coach of the 49ers. They finished the season 11-4-1 in the regular season and 2-1 in the playoffs eventually losing to the Baltimore Ravens 34-31.
